building up my muscles, what exercises should I do?

Hey guys, I know I havn't posted in a while, but my comp's been busted so I had to have it fixed. I was just thinking, it's winter, too cold to go outside and practice, so I was wondering what I should be doing inside to build up my muscles and condition myself for the spring, keep in mind ALL i have is a 5 pound weight, myself, and 2 half's of a resistance band ( lol it snapped in half a few minutes ago, i havn't used it in a year or too so lol ) the general area I'm looking to build up would be my chest and arms ( upper body ) and my upper legs. any help would be greatly appreciated :)

pull ups
Weighted pull ups?
Handstand push ups. (Assisted or not)
Dips
Elevated pushups

Thats all i got for upperbody, enjoy  ;D
Have you forgotten about the days when we just wanted to rock cause we like it that way?

just to add onto what drew said is,    it's never too cold to train   just bundle up and keep moving,    i can understand too snowny to train or its a hurricane and all   but yea.    cold is more fun to train in     it takes longer to sweat.   lol   good luck.

ok thanks guys, ill do those that I can, but yeah we just got a foot and a half of snow  :)
