Hey guys, I know I havn't posted in a while, but my comp's been busted so I had to have it fixed. I was just thinking, it's winter, too cold to go outside and practice, so I was wondering what I should be doing inside to build up my muscles and condition myself for the spring, keep in mind ALL i have is a 5 pound weight, myself, and 2 half's of a resistance band ( lol it snapped in half a few minutes ago, i havn't used it in a year or too so lol ) the general area I'm looking to build up would be my chest and arms ( upper body ) and my upper legs. any help would be greatly appreciated
