Short article on knee cartilage.
« on: August 21, 2009, 08:27:52 AM »
http://www.drmirkin.com/fitness/knee_cartilage.html

The part that motivated me to post this was: "Once damaged, cartilage can never heal." Is there going to be a lot of traceurs limping around in about 40 years?

*I do not know very much about knee cartilage so I would appreciate response from those that do.
