not bad i guess, very little control but, not too bad.

try to learn to control your movements better, start smaller and work your way up, alot of foot placement was done sloppy and obviously too fast for you guys.

no hate, just my observations.

my mind is constantly moving, one day my body will be strong enough to keep up.

id suggest going over the basic movements on a small level so many times that even when you mess up you dont actually mess up, you get me?

go over the vaults, precision jumps (on varying heights, lengths and such) and wall runs on something higher than your head.

the better you get at these the more control you will have with other movements, do some balance training and climbing too.

pretty damn good for 8 months, just dont rush it ;)

Definitely not bad. It's pretty obvious that you've focused more on flips and things like that, which isn't necessarily bad, but I've always thought that it's better to master the fundamentals before working on flips and such.

thanks dav... and yeah we are kinda realizing that as we go along that we should have worked alot more on fundamentals at first
