Everyone doing over 100 squats may want to consider doing weighted squats, or adding more weight if they're already doing weighted squats.
In my case, I do all (weighted, front, high and low bar squat, etc). The days I do air squats as part of a metcon, the numbers really go up, or sometimes I just forget to log them here and remember after a weeks training.
The nature of this thread doesn't require to mention whether they are weighted or not, but you can if you want to. Just for control purposes, the only thing you shouldn't do is say since you did BW Back squats, you actually did 2xWhatever number you did.
