Dogen titanium ankle tutorial

I just watched this and it seems like it can relate to parkour very well, i know im gonna start doing those exercises to work on my landings.

dunno if anyone else has seen this, but if not, here it is!

Hmm.. pretty intresting stuff here, It seems like it could be apllied to parkour as well. It would proably helo with the landings. hmmm.... i have some brain digesting to be doin'

Yeah I saw that tutorial a while ago. I just do a calf raise on every step I take on the stairs  :) I also do barefoot running though so my ankles should be fine.

I've been doing that workout for a long time now, I was gona get around to posting that video sooner or later : P

It's very helpful. I used to bang up my ankles all the time, I've got alot more control now, and I rarely injure my ankles anymore. Everyone should throw this in to their excercise regimen, particularly those among us with past ankle or foot injuries.
My promise for the month: three sets of handstand pushups (upto 5 reps now...)

I keep having these dreams that I'm falling.
The strange thing is, when I wake up,
They keep coming true.

Sure you were ;) well i beat you to it

its really amazing how easy it is to do those simple calf and shin raises, i do em everywhere now, just cuz i can.
