Johnny Boy's Journal!
« on: July 23, 2006, 12:13:35 PM »
Ok I figured i would give in and finally make one of these things... so yea I'll try and post as often as I can.

I'm going to give a description of how my summer has been going.

3 Weeks previously: Went with family to the Salmon river in Idaho. Kayacked the Middle fork for about six days. Then returned to DC.

Last week: Lots of parkour training and kayacking on the Potomac river.

Next week: Going kayacking for a week with a group of six other guys, camping out (if anyone makes that "wanna go camping?" joke I'll kill them). River's: Lower Yacht, New River, Cheat Narrows, and then Rehobath (definitely incorrect SP) beach.

Ok, that was a seriously awesome week, best time I've had all summer.
For this coming week: I am going to a lakeside town in Pennsylvania with my family and albinoboy's family.
There isn't much there to practise parkour movements, so I will have to improvise.
Daily Workout: 3 reps of thirty pushups. 2 rep's of 100 crunch's, 1 minute of front plank, and 20 burpees.

Most day's this week I will either do bike riding, hiking, kayaking, swimming. (Most of the time I do at least two of those activities per day.

( I'll get more specific at the end summer, around now I don't have access to internet so I have to update when I can.)
