Hey im new to parkour and it would be really great if you could tell me the main muscles that are needed in parkour so i can focus in them a little more than everything else. also, can you give me some good excersices that will really work these muscles nothing to difficult because im only 13.

Take a deep breath Spencer... A deeep breath... He's only 13, he's new to the forums... Calm down... A deep breath in... And out...

This belongs in general fitness.

And...

You need every muscle in your body for parkour. Plain and simple. Every single one.

And age has nothing to do with difficulty. The best exercises are some of the hardest and mentally challenging.

The best way to build up your parkour muscles is to practice parkour.
Me personally, I'm a Quadrupedal Movement masochist.  Oh, yer gonna get strong if you QM.

I use my tongue to do laches when im feeling intense! Its like my most important muscle.
