Tucked L-Sit (15 seconds) - This one killed on the arms
Squats (30) -These are starting to feel good! Even though i almost start sweating from them!
Push-Ups (25) -The last few of these KILLED. I feel so weak because of the reps i'm doing and how hard they seem to be...
I tried some rolls on my carpet. It kind of angers me that they still aren't right after almost a year!! Im landing too hard on my shoulder! and when i don't, i hit my shoulder and my hip! Ugh I dont know why i have so many problems.. it could be my pectus..
What is a pectus? I actually have the rarer case..
