Sorry guys I havent been able to train I went and trained 3 weeks ago and injured my knee and still recovering from it. I could barely lift my leg at my knee before but I now almost have my full range of motion now...I'll give it one more week then I should be good. Now if I can find time to train cuz im working 70 hrs a week now.

We are going to start having classes on Saturdays as well as Fridays. They will be held 8-10pm Fridays, and 6-8pm Saturdays. If you want me to change the time on Saturday just let me know and we can work something out..

 The price is $15 for non members and $5 for XCEL 360 Parkour Members.

You pay a membership fee which is 75$ for a year then 5$ for every class you save about 400$ over a year....
