danny is there any things we could do to help the training group? IE build different vault surfaces or anything remotely like that?

Yeah we do need more balance beams for stride training, and smaller sturdy box's, and maybe one more big vault box to train double kongs.. but you don't have to build them because the gym will eventually build them.

Yeah definitely, I may go to the gym today to try and build something for that. And practitioners is the American word for Traceurs, but if you want me to call you that then I would have to add in Traceuses too because there were two girls there.. I think I will just stick with practitioners for the sake each sex. lol

Danny, where did you get that practitioners is the American word for Traceurs/Traceuses? Seems kind of stupid to me. Like saying Freerunning is the American way of saying Parkour.

i hadnt heard of it either, but i mean honestly Chris how long have you been into this 2 - 3 weeks? :P

it really doesn't matter. practitioners literally mean people who are practice something. so it works.
Rely on yourself. Rely on your body. Rely on your training, instincts, and heart. Everything else is a crutch.

It was a really good turn out guys, thanks for everybody coming and progressing. It was definitely nice to meet new people and see familiar faces....

BTW I just made a Twitter account for all of Tampa, I will give everybody the password. So here's the deal anybody can log on and post up when and where they will be training, it will help other people know when and where to look to join you..... Just please be respectful of the Twitter account, this is for our community!!

User Name = TampaParkour

Password = Parkour813

So if you have a twitter account add TampaParkour and if you don't have one, then make one so we can all train together regularly!!!

me and dan(the guy with the vibram fivefingers) got pulled over by a cop on the way home because his headlight was out, and the cop asked for my D.O.B and i said the day wrong on accident and she thought i was trying to hide something. nice. :D
