So, today I went to the park and jogged/walked ~3 miles. I tried to jog as much of it as I could.
As for food, I ate far better today than I used to, but I could still use work.
Breakfast - Tuna w/ Olive Oil, bowl of watermelon, 2 bottles of water
Snack - handfull of Sunflower Seeds, 1 bottle of water
Lunch - Turkey sandwhich (1 slice American cheese, 12-grain bread), apple sauce, bottle of water, Lo-Carb Monster
Dinner - 1 Nathan's hot dog (no bun), 2 cobs of white corn, bowl of watermelon, 2 bottles of water
Snack - a few slices of dill pickle, 1 bottle of water
I had to have the Monster, it was the last one and I wasn't just going to throw it out. Starting tomorrow, I'm off the stuff.
I'm also going to set a couple of exercise goals for myself. Starting slow:
Do a set of 20 push-ups (current: ~8)
Do a set of 5 pull-ups (current: 0)
Do a set of 100 sit-ups (current: ~50)
I'll get more in-depth with my goals later, but until I can get those I definitely can't do anything extreme.
