cat fountain still off limits??

k went to nat jam and we got kicked of cat so i was hopping to get back to denver soon from foco and was wondering whats happening with cat is it still off limits

According to the laws of Denver City Parks, Cat Fountain is a monument and is therefore off limits at all times. I will leave it at that.
