Thanks so much man, there are so many exercises I was wondering which one to start with. Anyway, probably next week sometime then I will try and get to CATS.

How is it going? I've never done parkour but I really want to start doing it. I'm down here in Littleton but I'm willing to drive down there to start learning. Would it be ok if I was to come? Or do you need to be experienced? I've never done gymnastics and did 4months of Tae Kwan Do. NOT much at all, so is that ok or not. I would really appreciate on more info. What time again? ill be in boulder for the next week or so, if enough people are there and i can find it ill be at the gym. are many people going?

im going thrusday aswell, not sure if i can make tonight. cats gym is both, it has gymnastics equipment and a climbing wall.
