If you guys don't mind I'd like to share some comments. I'm personally training a well-cored female athlete whom is venturing forward towards the ever lasting journey of parkour. I took a lot out of this article and tend to apply it to our next training session, beforehand allowing her to read this article as well, this has helped me immensely and hopefully it will make an impact to her future training. Its funny that Brandee posted this because her name is also Brandy (just spelled differently) I appreciate the fact that Thomas published it.
