If you had two infections back to back, it might be a clear sign that you should take it slower and easier on the training, it could be a weird coincidence, but chances are your idea of what training you should start with and what your body can realistically handle at the moment might not be in agreement. 
You are much better off taking things a bit slower than getting sick multiple times from overdoing it.

^^Agreed. Especially since it sounds like you work a LOT.

...and piggybacking off of that, can I just say "Congratulations" on not smoking while being sick. It must be incredibly difficult to not smoke, especially when newly quitting and (presumably) at home on the couch sick with little to do all day. So for that I applaud you. :) Keep it up! :D

Rest when you get sick.

If you try to workout they won't be quality workouts which aren't effective, plus they can depress your immune system making you more sick.

ill remember that for next time im sick

When you workout your muscles develop microtears. Part of the healing process is inflammatory action by the immune system.... if your immune system is working on your muscles instead of fighting the infection.... yeah you can get sicker.
