Omggg I need a workout Schedule!!

And it needs to be specific or else I will loose interest! (Sorry I'm just like that lol)

I am 15 years old, 102 pounds (I'm a skinny kid...)
Any ideas??


Crunches
Pull ups
or anything else
and how much or how long each day!?!? someone reply! THANKS YALL  ;)

Although is it a great guide, it is a lot to comprehend as a beginner. When I first read it I had to reread a few sections a few times to make sure I understood.

The part about your energy pathways and how they're used up blew my mind until I was reading 1 word a minute....
