Just introduced to Parkour...any chance there are folks around Bethesda or Silver Spring that wouldn't mind showing me the ropes? On the weekend, early mornings, or late evenings (I work till 6:30 or so).

hey welcome to the community
theres a couple of people meeting up this saturday at bethesda if you wanted to come check it out.
its going to be at 11 in the morning at the metro. theres going to be at least one other new person there too so youll fit right in. well also be going to the gym afterwards, its in rockville. someone can get you a ride im sure.

Thanks for the quick responses. I don't think I'll be able to make it this Saturday. But, is this a regular Saturday morning gig?

They aren't exactly weekly, but they do happen a fair amount. There might be another next Saturday.

and sorry i didnt realise there were still unresolved issues.
the point is waller, the short one is right. quite often we partake in shindigs and clambakes around saturdays, and we all go whoop and holler and show our affection for parkour.
but still if you can make it to the gym theres usualy someone there every saturday, im always there and theres other regulars who show up. heres the website.
