Kaimuki Jam

Warm-up/workout
  running and jumping in place
  burpies
  small wall-ups
  pk push-ups
  squats
  3/4 mile run

All in all, the jam went well. Started at Petrie park, then ran to 1th ave Waialae park. it was good. Except there is this very bitter old lady there. Basically we played around and trained various techniques in a few different spots for awhile. It was a good start. Moved back to Petrie park. Did a few wall-ups. We also played a number of games there which included predator and prey, chase, add-ons, and tag.

Hawaii Academy

Showed up at Hawaii Academy a bit late, but it turned out ok. Ryan did a great job of getting everyone moving and started them on some vaults/pk basics before i got there. Went over rolls, kong, speed, safety vaults and their progressions.

Got on the trampolines. Wow, at first is felt very awkward (i havent been on a tramp in over 10 years). Basically i just bounced for a while, to warm up then got into the flippies.

  Backflip...check
  Frontflip...check
  Sideflip... 1/2 check

*Note to self.
    1. Hold the tuck
    2. Trampoline burns hurt in the shower.

Jam @ Pali Lookout

Showed up a little late, but got started with a short jog, then got back just in time to see the rest of the crew climbing (sliding) down the hill.

rail conditioning
  lazy
  thief
  safety
  2 hand
  balance

Under bars
QMs

Moved to the walls
  wall-up
  dinos
  tic-tac
  pop vault
  climb-ups
  etc.

rail precisions

10 lazy vault check
10 thief vault check
10 monkey vault check
10 safety fault check
10 pk pushups check

I think that about covers it. I most likely forgot something minor, but that’s ok. All I know is that right now (the next day) all my muscles are hurt. Its a good hurt.

Yeah. That looked pretty strenuous. Manual labor is part of Methode Naturelle, but I'm not sure it's part of MovNattm.
After all, it's the difference between "Be strong to be useful to yourself and others" versus "Explore your true naturetm"

Good point. I guess I'll start labeling it as MethNat (sounds like a drug binge) or something.

"MN" works.  Grin

I like how you can do almost anything and call it part of MN.
Conditioning, weight lifting, parkour, obstacle courses, sport, manual labor, games Grin
