I will be relocating to Laysan Atoll.
I will be doing a lot of MN there, as there is only 1manmade structure on the island. Wish me luck. Will try to post more when I return.

MN is good. Enjoy your time on Laysan Atoll
Will you be on the side with the ironwood tree, or the side with the mound?

JC,
Looks like you do a lot a CF. some of it is obviously the bootcamp, but other times it looks like you are going there on your own. Are you doing the WOD or do you go there and do your own pk workout. If so, how does that work?

I thought if you join CF you have to do elements and then you could only go to their "classes", but then there is all this pk equipment there so I figured there must be more. When I asked they basically told me to take the bootcamp. Can you be a member and go do your own pk workout there when you want?

I'm Back!

Laysan was great.

Went to Ohio for ADAPT cert. and American Rendezvous II. it was a fantastic experience. Worth  every cent.  Mahalo nui to Richard for the couch, and to Ozzie, Jules, and Matt for being there to enjoy the experience with me. Now all I have to do is figure out how to get there again next year.
