Today I actually took the time and worked on my technique for the GOM. I went to the park and trained wall-ups. I tried to use all the techniques that I could think of:
right foot-single step
left foot-single step
right-left
left-right
two feet (you get a lot of push, but its hard to go up and not back)

Used the above techniques in many locations and from different angles of approach.

I finally got up the 13ft section of wall that I've been working on... woot!

 Speed vault to roll
 Speed vault to precision

 Wide arm lache (lache with arms to the side)

 Played around for a little while. Then rolled till tap-out with Ian for a few rounds.

Mon, Tues: Removing california grass from a wetland x 5hrs per day
  walking through water
  lifting
  pulling
  pushing
  dragging

Wed, Thurs: Mangrove removal from wetland w/ chainsaw x 3.5 hours per day
  lifting
  squats
  pulling
  throwing
  pushing
  dragging

Fri, Sat: weed removal x 2 hours per day
  bending
  pulling
  lifting

Kaneohe Jam

Warm-up
  ran 3 laps around field

Work-out
  1-foot balance game
  lunge squats
  partner sit ups
  scissor kicks
  shoulder workout
 
Moved around from place to place looking for opportunities. I did some cats, wall-ups, precisions and various other vaults. It was a good jam; I only wish that I could've stayed longer. Now I really want to see what else kaneohe/kailua has to offer.

  push-up position holds
    one handed
    opposite hand and foot
    one hand: to the side
    one hand, one foot: to the side
  L sits
  Headstands

Techniques
  turn vault
  precision from ground to a 8" wall and back to spot (progressed from a ~4ft jump to ~8ft jump)

Basically, just played around for the last 30 minutes of class.
  did a few 12'-13' wall-ups
  some dashes
  tried some back flips
