First things first: I will not be using any weight equipment short of, hopefully, dumb bells. Anyway, this is going to be my everyday log. I'll be changing up my routine on occasion, and I'll be trying to keep notes on my daily intake, as I'm a vegetarian and it's vital information for me. :p

Every day I will be going by my current routine, with the addition of a 1 mile jog.
Thursdays and Sundays are my breaks.

Current Routine:

25 Pull-ups
25 Chin-ups
50 Push-ups
50 Dips
50 Inverted Pull-ups
50 Squats
100 Calf Raises
50 Crunches

I'll be doing this in the morning and night.



As for my diet I'm simply trying to maintain an average of 40g protein a day, minimum. Anything over is perfectly fine.



My goals are simply to build muscle mass and strength. I don't have very much body fat, as I'm naturally thin and exercise, so I'm really small. I want to get stronger and simply be more toned.

You seem to be doing alot. Do you have a bar for pull ups? I have to go to a near by park to do them. :/
