Thanks. Though I imagine you're supposed to do it more slowly and without your hands, right?
Dedication is the basis of success in all things. The achievement of one's goals will ensue naturally if one is dedicated.

Yep.

To be clear, slow speed only matters on negatives.

Thanks for the advice everybody... I guess I gotta figure out how to make clapping pull/push ups into goals along with aiming for ten natural leg curls... Plus PPPUs and FLPU progression and... Vertical jump work, I guess...

Natural leg curls look like a great workout, but they also look like a tremendous amount of pressure on your knees.  Anything to worry about there?

what kind of pressure?  The work is done by the hammies and you shouldn't be experiencing pressure on the knees.

Unless, of course, you mean from them being on the ground?  Use kneepads or a soft mat or pillow or something.

I used an old towel and folded it 4 times to get the necessary padding...

Yes, I meant pressure from the ground since it looks like the knee is the point most of your weight would be focused on until you're nearly vertical.  I guess if it was a problem pads would fix it as you suggest.
