I know the feeling. I train solo 95% of time. Oh well. Come over to "Crazy Talk" "TALK STORY". That's where we'll have just the day to day talking.

Is this really what the new science building is like? The area in front is going to be great for jumping, wall-ups, precisions, QM, balance work, tic-tacs, gaps, cats, etc. Ozzi could play there for hours.

I don't mind training by myself sometimes but it would be nice to know that I am improving or could learn lots more from someone else! :) and just have company :) kk ill come talk story :p omg whoaa where did u get that haha thats awwwwwsome! i neva knew that was what was going up on campus haha i been in new zealand since may so i not sure whats going on over there.. but when i get back ill take some photos and post it up! that looks like a total hotspot =] reminds me of the square we train at down here in auckland :)

They'll probably do the vertical walls [ramps, etc.] in rock, like other pics I've seen on campus. Can still use - depends on construction technique and the type of rock.

haha ahh yeah thaas true.. that volcanic rock stuff haha it gives lots of blood xD but its real grippy theres one good wall behind the theatre that im trying to get :) and those rails that have bars going down vertically between the top and bottom, uhh get choke! my legs got stuck in them quite a bit heh jumping from one side to the other and my leg went straight thru :p fun times well illsee what its like when i get back!

OK im posting not in my section....again.. but damn Greg that new science building looks amazing for training well i'm sure it's pretty good for science too but not my point  8)

hay guys i live here in hilo and was wondering good places to practice. well there's a good cool place to practice it's at waiakea high school that is where i grad from and another  good spot is the old hospital ohhh theres kona side where thay have every thing where u can duu all the tricks well if any thing my email is (guychu45@yahoo.com) thanks dude's

I was just wondering if you guys knew any people on the Kona side that are involved in parkour or free running.  Also I was wondering if you know any good spots on this side :)
