In reality it is basically going back to how our jams used to be long ago, more movement, more activities, more team effort. At this event there were all levels and they all participated regardless. It is all about trying, not cuz you cant do the move/exercises being shown doesnt mean you can still join and try your best.
I just got a bit demotivated at how some people really did not try to push themself and how unapreciative of my time and effort some people were... can anyone remember Jhonnys complains about conditioning?
Parkour is not for everyone, if you dont want to participate on the propers ways of training and just jump around, then parkour is simple not for you. With HIpk we will train the way it should be, for we are here to help make strong traceurs who are serious about the discipline.
Of course the occasional "im just exhausted and need to sit to recover" is fine... but like the yamakasi says, "We start together, we finish together" As one, as one soul, one core, one group.
Im not saying this is going to turn into a bootcamp, we will all still play, but if we want to really take advantage of what the environment has to offer, then we will all have to think and play together.
Cant wait to share the knowledge I gained with you guys.
They dont do anything that we dont, they are just more consistent about it.
