Damn Derek. I know you from Hawaii academy. My wife and I were there the night you tore your MCL. I watched you do it. I've been into high level athletics and fighting my whole life and have had a fair share of injuries and breaks so, I know how it is. Good luck with the recovery and if you make it out to china town tomorrow, I'll see you there.

Yeah man, anytime. I'm always looking for new guys to train with. There is also some great stuff to train on near my house. Some great electrical boxes with walls around them, climbable light posts, some great walls and an area behind a market with little security that has some good tic tac areas, precisions and a large stair case with railings. This is my first injury I've ever had the need to go to the ER for, and its not fun.
wont be making to china town tomorrow, its sounds like the game plan is multiple spots which is a little to much movement for my condition

Why do people make such big deals if you cant make it out to train with them? Does anyone else feel that the're relied to much on to be trained with?

went to the Seatiger yesterday and did a test run of some parkour at -90'.... gave me a super sick idea of an artistic rendition of parkour FLOW... stay tuned because its going to be SICK!

Hawaii Academy: Mon/Weds/Fri classes
Friday being the day with open gym 6pm-10pm?

Is anyone meeting up on a regular basis to train or is it just random jamming whenever people have time?

I'm walking again, jogging a few steps if I HAVE to.
I found I get a lot more done if I stay off the forums.

I noticed that all the photo links in the Hebert book translations are broken

If I ever get some free time, I may try to fix them.
