Some of us need that cardio training, including and specially me. Normally I would try to scape this opportunity, for I know it is not my forte. The thing is that since I am the "face" of HIpk have always wanted to make sure that I keep you challenge so that you take advantage of what I teach you.

Well, HIpk is big enough that we can use everyone weaknesses and strength to learn from one another so, Ian, what about you lead way on the cardio as part of the conditioning for the day. From there we can cool down on the way down and then do some gauntlets at KCC.

 I think it is time that as a team we all push each other regardless of skill level.

dam i cant go cuz i spraind wrist 4 day ago and my body has cuts and brues all over the place [WTF]
i can even kick my leg above my wast :-X... i have a cut and brues on my hip

Great jam, thanks all for coming. I had a lot of fun with the training.
We should try more gauntlet next time, we all just get caught up on seeing so many things with new places.

I like that you guys were doing follow the leader while David and I were trying some stuff. That is what should happen, no one just sits to watch. I know we are awesome to look at  ::) just dont forget to train too. Challenge yourself with what is around.
