Some of us need that cardio training, including and specially me. Normally I would try to scape this opportunity, for I know it is not my forte. The thing is that since I am the "face" of HIpk have always wanted to make sure that I keep you challenge so that you take advantage of what I teach you.
Well, HIpk is big enough that we can use everyone weaknesses and strength to learn from one another so, Ian, what about you lead way on the cardio as part of the conditioning for the day. From there we can cool down on the way down and then do some gauntlets at KCC.
I think it is time that as a team we all push each other regardless of skill level.
