Hey Ikaika, check this out

Sunday, Jun 27th Hawaii Parkour will be holding a beginner and intermediate movement and parkour seminar. This seminar will be hosted by Ozzi, founder of HIpk at the Crossfit Oahu facilities in Reed lance, Honolulu.

This workshop will consist on a series of natural movement drills and skills designed to re educate the body on proper and more natural ways of moving throughout our environment. We will be also training some of the parkour skills and techniques while learning some conditioning exercises and games that can be done anywhere any time.

We will be working on

Balance,
coordination,
speed,
endurance,
cardio,
space awareness,
the spirit!

While physical training background is helpful, it doesnt matter if you have never done any activities in the past. If you have been looking to get in shape while having fun, this is for you. If you have been wondering about parkour, this is for you. Are you an elite athlete? This is for you. Are you a couch potato? Then DEFINITELY this is for you.

Parkour is a community based activity, bring your friends and family. The more people the better.
We will be getting started at 10am with a lunch break at 1pm. And then go until 4pm with some possibility for free play after that, if you still have the energy.

If you want more information on this event visti Hawaiipk.com or email Ozzi at ozzi@americanparkour.com

I guess it depends where. There are some places where that is "ok", just cuz its been taken over by "homeless" people. Then there are people who live int he mountains. If you have transport that is not so bad.

Keep me posted brother man. See how I can help.

Hi my name's Paul. I'm here on Oahu for 2.5 years and I wish  to learn this thing called parkour. I'm looking for places and people who know how to do parkour, so I don't go getting too hurt. I'm usually free on weekends (especially 4-day weekends) and wouldn't mind tagging along and taking some pictures with my somewhat decent camera.

Hey, a friend of mine were looking for a group that did parkour around Oahu, was wondering if this group was still active? I live on JBPHH.
