Yo ninjas! My names kainoa im 17 years old female ive been training for parkour for prob a 2 months conditioning wise ( push ups sit ups squats and alot of other stuff to get stronger) just a week ago i actually started started as in practicing landings rolls precision jumps and littel rail vaults.

hm... im a lil l8 2 b putting who i am up on this but since im jst laying down in bed with a bag of ice on my back (flip injury) i mite as well do this now.

so far ive been going 2 hawaii academy almost every fri. 2 prac. flipz nd met lots of new ppl who rly helped me out alot. im a cheerleader 4 aiea high skool nd do karate nd muay thai. nd nunchucks :3  ive injured alot of my bodies from throwing out my back 2 permanent damage 2 my wrist. nothing 2 major like anything breaking thankfully. but yea. i like 2 meet new ppl nd not usually shy so if u wanna train hit me up sometime ive been doing parkour since the beginning of freshman year but stopped after 2 months. then about a year nd a half l8r got back into it nd still going strong ^^  so i guess ive been training 4 about 9 months now in total.

Is there anyplace to print out the waver form? And I heard it's five dollars for every thirty minutes, that true? I might head up there this July and actually practice flips for once. I'm hoping to get the side flip

I've been into free running for a while now but only now beginning to take it seriously. im looking for some other parkour or free runners in my area to run with and give myself a challenge. someone who is on the same level as me or a little better so we can make it a bit of a compition bettering ourselves in the process. just something fun. lemme know!
