My name is Sarah, I'm 17 and I live in Makiki. I don't do parkour yet but I have been into it for a long time. I've done my research and I really want to get started. The problem is that I'm really out of shape. So I wanted to get connected with people, someone who can help instruct me in any way. My AIM sn is Sarawrx3 Says or else I supposed I could be PMed here. Hey Sarah, welcome to the HIpk family. Check out the jams section for the next jams. That would be the best you can do to get started, participate with us slow as you get to your goal then work on develop the skills as you go. However, dont let that stop you though. Hope to see you around.

Hey sarah, my name is Ryan and I'm kinda new to parkour to.  I posted on another forum that I was gonna go down to KCC on wednesday the 15th (6pm) of this month.  You can come meet up.... I've been trying to get connected with peoples as well... ozzi might come if he's feeling better.

How's it? I'm tom. In army,stationed at Schofield.Currently in Iraq but coming home in november. Always thought parkour was pretty cool but thought it was just for crazy people. But looks like it can be used in practical uses. I saw video on youtube,impressive. Any tips to get me ready ?
