Hope all you Parkids can come out to this awesome Barkour session, we'll be having a bit of a workout with the Bar-Barians along with a full parkour session involving barwork. if you want to come work on your precisions, lache's, underbars, and technical flow then be sure to come by for what is definitely one of the best places in the city to train it with people that love to teach it.
Tomkins Square Park is located at 10th Street and Avenue B, it's a workout park with an excellent assortment of colorful rails to play around on.
Show up at 11:30 to mess around a bit before hand, we'll be trying to start the warmup and workout sometime around noon.
