Help?
codydimoff:
I live in hermitage PA and i want to learn freeruning but there is NO where to start does anyone know where i can start at around here? ???
Team Avian:
I really don't know much about PA but I went to google and started snooping... What about Avalon Country Club? I saw some pictures of it and it looks pretty full of obstacles... I don't know how willing they'd be to let you practice Parkour there but yea... I don't know how strict they are
also, the Royal Motel... it looks neat... like it has some decks and stuff to Cat Leap on
I don't have a clue where any of this is but I'm just checking out the place to see what all they have as spots go...
Of course, if someone comes in that is from there or that area... listen to them and ignore me lol
But yea... anywhere can be useful... Just gotta have that open mind and see things in a different way

Shae Perkins:
If you have an environment, then you can train ways to move through it. Be creative, and don't try to mimic the "moves" you see on videos. Hope I helped to some extent:)
codydimoff:
thanks! ill go look in to that.
Jon:
usually shopping malls or any industrial area (ie not houses) are good places to start, make sure to check out local parks, and be creative even trees and woodland areas can hold many opportunity's. kyle had some good suggestions but good luck with getting a country club to cooperate with you if your not a member that donates copious amounts of money to them.
