Tumbling Central USA Gymnastics
$55/month for two days per week, additional $10 a month per additional day
classes from monday to thursday(Tumbling), 7:30pm to 8:30pm any ages allowed
open gym saturday from 12pm to 1pm $5

i help coach gymnastics here and the guys are pretty cool about people coming here to learn

A gym made specifically for parkour, classes in martial arts, yoga and general fitness are also part of the schedule.  Drop-in times vary by day but the gym is open every day except for Sunday.  Currently have both introductions to parkour, advanced classes and woman's classes.
Drop in is $10 I believe, membership $120 but with unlimited drop in and free classes of any sort. 

Totally an excellent place to practice anything you want, experienced traceurs are always around to lend a hand and everyone is super friendly/easy going.

Southern Elite Gymnastics- Alpharetta, Georgia.
open gyms every saturday, 1-6, $10.
there is a large collection of traceurs and freerunners there. i go maybe once a month and every time there is at least 10 people practicing parkour.
also they just put in a special parkour section on the spring floor.

Universal Gymnastics has 4 parkour classes a week, 2 youth and 2 open gym parkour.

Lake Havasu City, Arizona
$10 admission for open gym... not sure how much the classes are.
Also, a decent number of traceurs train here as well as a ton of beginners! Really friendly community!

I'm assuming open gym is parkour friendly because of the parkour classes. Most of the session on Saturday consists of tricking and freerunning work and less fundamentals.
