50 burpees ... 7:47

Did 5 sets of 10 burpees with ~45-second rest in between; legs were mush after each set.  And had to stop at 50 or risk puking.  Should be called 100 pukees ...

Is this another GTG effort, doing box jumps until I have leg endurance?  The push-up portion was no issue, thanks to GTG ...

Is there any super-human that can do all 100 straight in ~5-min?  (I figure 3-seconds each = 300-seconds = 5-min)

Thanks, Chris

I am sure you can find someone on youtube who does 100 straight.

I can probably do 50-60 straight... but I am not willing to work on my endurance to get 100. If you can do 100 straight it's pretty beastly.

As you continue to train regularly you will improve. If you feel this is a weakness, add 20-30 in your warmup everyday and you will definitely get better at them

I can do 100 but I've never timed myself, if I can do it in under 5 mins I'll post a video.

That's impressive to be able to do 100 in one session!

Here's a video of someone doing 100:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jJuAD9bvkBg

Good luck ... I'll post again when I try this again.
