LazyBoi
« on: November 13, 2009, 02:01:43 PM »
This really isnt a parkour or free running move but I think it falls under the 'Tricking' category. Ive been practicing on my LazyBoi's (which is a kick type thing for those who dont know.) And I cant seem to get enough air or something. I feel really akward like my legs arent high enough or something. Any advice will surely be appreciated.  :)

Honestly, just practice tornado kicks and then halfway through lean back. Just do what you would do for a tornado kick and then lean back. Once you get that you can put it into more complicated kicks like rainbow kicks and whatnot. If you feel like you need more power in your legs I advise getting some time in on a leg press. A month of it will do wonders for your jump height.
