My new workout
« on: June 22, 2009, 11:15:20 AM »
OK, so on Friday I posted a video of what my workout was last week, but this is what it is now. It is a little more intense and a bit harder. But I think I am already noticing some results.
Here is the NEW one:

Nice. It does look more intense. Be sure on pullup's and the stair QM that you aren't favoring on side... just something you'll need to deal with later on. I would add leg work in there... you can just do 'em standing or do them on each stair (jump up in between and land in control on the next step). Also try pistols.

What do you mean by that? Jump up a step and land on a step?

What are your goals.  List form, not video form, please.

I guess my goals are to be conditioned enough to start training for parkour. And be physically capable of it before I am mentally capable. This includes being able to:

  • Easily lift my body, as to go over obsticles
  • Be able to jump high enough and far enough for 'moves' such as cat leaps
  • (my main problem) Increase finger and forearm strength so I can hold on to things [/i]
Im just doing this in the mean time before I can find some good spots around me for actual training, rather than just workouts that would help me.
