8/4/09 Tuesday Day 51

Lately I have been having lower back & lower leg pains. This has been bothering me before I started my new workout program. I looked online and it looks like it is related to back disc injury. I have had this problem since I stopped exercising for about a week a little while ago. It was very small then, and went away for a few days, then came back a day before I started to exercise again. The day I exercised, it went away for a few days. Then it came back worse yesterday. I thought it would go away so I didn't pay much attention to it, but now I am posting progress about it as this sounds like it could develop into Sciatica. I have a “pinching” pain in my tailbone area, running down into the back and inside of my leg, which I can feel mainly when I sit, get up, and lay on my stomach. Best described as along the Sciatic nerve! (Sciatica...Sciatic nerve...see the relationship, hehe?)
Looks like I will have to take it easy...AGAIN. But, it's better than getting a permanent injury.
