10:00-11:00
7/6/90 Age: 18
Keliomer Castillo
Greenwood, South
2 months of actual parkour training
Strict parkour training: 5 hours a week
Physical Fitness: 60+ miles a week
6 years Army physical fitness
West Cambridge Park
Sunny 90+ degree weather
Attempting kong over long picnic table
No one else was involved
Inner elbow slight pain when pushing arm straight 2/10 severity
No doctor
I think I'm landing too hard on my kongs but I have no way of monitoring this only adapting to what I feel
Maybe I should warm up a bit more before trying stuff like that.

Medial epicondylitis is generally from overuse... not from one specific instance

It's quite possible it's been an accumulation and you got a little tweak. Rest and ice and see how it feels later

Yeah I iced it and i've stayed off it and it seems to be getting better. It'll be a while before I try kongs again D:
