Skimmed through the first half of the vid.  Two things immediately made me wince and not want to watch the rest:

(1) "Deep core burn."  Spot burning is a myth.
(2) "Partials to failure."  Doing exercises to failure is made of fail.

If I manage to calm down enough to watch the rest of the video, I'll write more on it.

Doing isolations to failure isn't so bad for hypertrophy.  Doing things like biceps curls to failure isnt' a big problem -- squats to failure can be, though.

For what they are trying to do, failure isn't bad -- though it won't really produce the results they promise for someone who is overweight..
