July 25,2012.when i say i"m a beginner, it means that i just started training off and on a week ago. I want to start the 365 because it will make me commit and maybe people can learn from my mistakes. I have problems with staying on a certain workout schedule, but this is straight-forward. I am going to train at least an hour a day starting with the WOD if there is one posted. My goals are:

get to rolling on concrete without pain(perfect my roll)

learn safety,kong,speed,and lazy vault(focusing on the kong and speed vault)

5 foot and longer precision jumps and small distance precision jumps on rails

work up strength for muscle-ups

overcome fear of high speed vaults, rolls,precision jumps

learn how to front flip and land successfully

Most of my logs will probably be like this, the day after. Anyways, i warmed up by rotating all my joints and then doing the APK warm-up. After that, I moved on to parkour practice. This consisted of kong/safety vaulting over my couch and rolling. I had no running start so i mostly had to "muscle" my way through the vaults(I am still kind of scared about making them full speed). The rolling is going good but I still have a light pain in the top-back of my shoulder, towards the outside. I think it might be that I am not rolling fast enough to land on my back shoulder. I found i can roll along the top of my arm to the back of my shoulder, but that could break my arm I think. I did about 20 minutes vaulting and 10 min rolling. The warm-up took 20 minutes. I might as well say I did today's WOD. talk to ya tomorrow and I'm completely open to tips. Thank's for reading if you are
