Notes on the experience?
Not much to say.  I was climbing on this stand/shading structure.  when I tried to get down, I fell, landed on my feet and fell back.  I hit my bottom, then my elbow, then my hand.  My hand hurts the most, but since it's almost been a week, it's all good.  Except today, I jumped off a planter and did a slap-down instead of a roll and hit that hand again.  ouch.  oh well.  I'm ok though.
