District B13-Ultimatum

Hey guys,
So apparently the US release of the sequel to District B13 is slated for Friday June 12th.  Does anyone know off hand whether it will be in theaters?  If so, does anyone know which theaters here in Denver/suburbia?

Finally, if details can be worked out, would anyone be interested in getting a group together to go see it?
