Alright, i have been meaning to do this for a while now. Im just going to keep it simple.

Day 1, June 26th:

25 handstand pushups

50 push ups

20 pull ups

jog around neighborhood, about a mile, big hills.

only water and juice.


Wow, thats more than i expected.

alright, i have been lazy the past few days.

but i did teach a little kids break dance class with quazar and that sucked the energy out of me like nothing else.
