Parkour is defined by the purpose to get somewhere efficiently and quickly using your body, jumping, climbing, vaulting and rolling, going under and over objects.

Free running is more expressive form of parkour using parkour skills while combining acrobatics, flips and spins and just being creative with the movements.

This class will be made up of drills that will cover all the fundamentals movements of parkour including vaults, precision jumps, cat leaps, underbars, tic-tacs, wall-runs and flips depending on your skill level. These classes will emphasis on laying down solid foundations of all skills and through the use of gymnastic equipment you can train a large range of techniques in a relative safe environment.
