Just had my birthday on the 24th of may and starting a training journal. also I just recovered from a sprained wrist, Yet still have troubled ankle.

Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Goals.Be able to do 10 balanced Pistols by the end of summer.
Be able to do 100 weighted pushups by the end of summer.
Be able to do a Crane by the end of summer.
Be able to do a well performed kong by the end of summer.
Be able to do a good speed vault by the end of summer.
Be able to do Handstand by the end of summer.
Be able to do back handspring by the end of summer.

Learn to maintain a controlled Diet!
Eat less than 2500 calories a day.
Keep up a Constant workout
STRETCH!
Lose 60 pounds of Fat.

3 Balanced Pistols.
3 Shrug thingies. (I dont know names-Where you hold yourself up by your arms and shrug)
20 pushups
2x 30 crunches
15 minutes of stretching.

an hour a day practicing With my staff.
A half hour a day practicing MMA

1: what are some ways to lose weight whith my left broken ankle?
2: what are some exercises I could include in my WOD?
3: Does anyone know how to properly clean Bo Staffs?

Met entire WOD (so proud =D)

For breakfast I had 2 cheese sticks 75 calories ea. and a Poptart 150caolories and a bottle of 10 calorie vit-water
For lunch I had a carton of Low Fat milk (not sure on calories) and a piece of pizza. about  300 calories. then about 3 meatballs xD. 250calories
For dinner I ate 2 eggs a biscuit and a piece of bacon., all togther thats about 800 calories
that adds up to 1660 calories (W00T I MADE IT UNDER 2500) :D

Sad still cant work on my broken ankle.
