about how strong would u have to be to do a muscle up? how many pull ups and dips should someone be able to do ? what other exercises would help my muscle ups? is there anything that helps get your elbows over the bar into the dip position?

I KNOW RIGHT !!! i got so pissed when i learned i couldnt go on the Music as a weapon tour with them >:-(
