Hey. I was wondering if there is anyone I could train with. I trained for a while then fell out of this discipline but I need to relearn the basics and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me. Thanks. I don't really have any set routine so I don't know if I'd be able to help you, but it never hurts to check.

I'm flexible in my schedule (for the most part).

Alright. Where in the area do you live? I live over by the Sparks marina

I live up in Sun Valley.

I'm down for training anywhere you want.

Only thing is I have obligations from 4pm to 7pm Monday through Friday.  Other than that I'm up for meeting anywhere.

Ok cool. Right now I'm free at any time until I find a job. I need to condition since I'm way outta shape so yea. But what I really need to work on is the basics again
