I figure i try this out, cause all it can do is help. and by the way thanks for pointing this out to me teddy, i never knew it existed.
No training today, it's pretty wet outside and extremely humid. Also my knee is acting a bit odd so i'm just gonna do some exercises i know that help it.
So far to eat to day i have had a
Breakfast: Bagel w/cream cheese and 3 pieces of bacon.
Snack: some cookies and a tall glass of milk
Dinner: Cornish Hen, along with 3 crescent rolls with some butter.
Drinks: 2 soda's, and 2 glasses of Iced Tea, along with the milk mentioned before

Yesterday was awful, i just ate and did no training. Today seems better though.
Breakfast: the usual bagel w/ cream chesse and 3 pieces of bacon
Lunch: proably a burger and some fries(i know, i know, i'm a fatty)
Dinner: N/A
Drinks: about 4 soda's
Some push-ups, handstand practice, and flag practice
EDIT: i figure i round out this entry.

Today is gonna be a very intense training day
Breakfast: the usual as mentioned in the other entries.
Lunch: N/A
Dinner: N/A
Training: Today there is a 2 day jam set-up, i should go get ready now, the rest of this entry won't be filled out. But trust me it's going to be hard work today

is the bacon on the bagel, because that is delicious. 3 pieces seems a little lacking.

My breakfast fits me perfectly, it's just enough to fill me. The bagel and bacon are seperate. Every morning it's bagel w/ cream cheese and 3 pieces of bacon.
The apst two days are the same as Manilla's so if anyone is interested just check his journal out.
Today was rest day for tomorrow's seb jam.
Breakfast: Bagel w/ cream chesse and 3 pieces of bacon
Lunch: nothing
Dinner: chicken parm
Snack: A Bushman(hangman might know what i'm talking about). It's a chiken cutlet w/gravy, american chesse, and bacon on a hero or roll. I had a hero.
Drinks: 2 iced teas, a few sodas
