is the bacon on the bagel, because that is delicious. 3 pieces seems a little lacking.
keep it free and true

Today was rest day for tomorrow's seb jam.

Dinner: chicken parm

Snack: A Bushman(hangman might know what i'm talking about). It's a chiken cutlet w/gravy, american chesse, and bacon on a hero or roll. I had a hero.

It would probably be a lot better for you if you cut out the sodas :-\

My comp was having so trouble so i haven't been able to post in a while. I went to a jam aon friday. But i felt i didn't train at my hardest.

Breakfast: the usual

lunch: nothing

Dinner: i has 2 dinners tonight.

dinner at my house - Roast chicken and some stuff i forgot
dinner with my dad - Skirt steak(alittle too much fat), some bread and butter, french fries

Snacks: cookies

Drinks: some soda, ice tea

Training. Took it easy today. Some light handstand work, rolls, tic-tacs, i've lost some distance in my persicions and i can't figure out why. I think it's fear. I ran abit, just enough to get me a little tired. Tomorrow i have so good stuff planned. gonna write it down and bring it with to a park near by. so i remember to do everything.

WHOOOOO!!!! Good training day today. It was so freaking hot. so i didn't do as much.

Breakfast: the usual plus a bowl of cereal

Lunch: nothing

Dinner: 1 cheese burger

Snacks: ice cream bar to cool down

Drinks: soda, ice tea, and alot of water

Training: Walked/jogged to a near by park to warm up. got to my favorite tree in the park and went at it after stretching.

25 pull-ups(i did 6 then 4 twice, then 5 before i left)
Sprinted between two trees 6 times(did 3, did something else, did 3 more)
a couple of failed attempts at muscle ups :'(
did some underbars and climbing on the tree.

Later on at night, i did some light parkour, some wallruns, a few vaults, handstands. Also i  hit a catleap which used to scare me.

When it cools down to below triple digits i will do more. but it's just oo damn hot.

Manilla came up from Crooklyn to train with me today. Since his knees are wrecked we stuck to exercise and not much parkour. It was SOOOOO hot today. as i was waiting for manilla at the subway stop i bought a comic and read it while i waited. I literally started to sweat, just from reading.

Breakfast: the usual

Lunch: nothing

Dinner: two slices of pizza(one was plain the other had pepperoni)

Snacks: nothing that i can think of

Drinks: lots of water, too many sodas

Training: 11 pullups, 40 push-ups, some handstand work. light parkour training(i didn't want manilla to feel bad) he did two catleaps and a few vaults though. thats pretty much it. It's raining now, so it should cool down by the weekend.

HAven't posted in here in a while. anyway back into it. My knees aren't feeling great so i'm tryin to stop them from getting worst.

Breakfast: the usual had a cup of juice with it today.

lunch: nothing

Dinner: a small slice of microwaveable pizza, some french fries and two small pieces of beef(i wasn't hungry cause i was hot).

Snacks. Crackers.

Drinks: I have cut down heavely on the soda. Had 3 cups of grapefruit juice, and 3 sodas(i didn't have any the day before).

Training: as said before my knees aren't feeling well. So some handstand work, and 5 very rough muscle ups. I hope to clean them up in the next few days.

another day....

Breakfast: the usual

Lunch: nothing

Dinner: one porkchop and some left over pork fried rice

Snacks: nothing, we are all out of crackers :'(

Drinks: 3 cups od juice(grapefruit to be specific). 2 soda, and a glass of milk.

training: More handstand work, praticed rolls abit and noticed that they were rusty so i am gonna work on them. More muscle ups, they are getting quicker but they are still rough and not fast enough.
