My school runs a club drive every year and you can create new clubs. If there can be a "gamers club" there can be a parkour club. But the sucky thing is is that we have... 2 people... we need 6 to start the club. But I'll get some friends into it and voila.

I live in a world of reality. But at the same time reality is shattered by what I call my mind. I bend it to do my bidding.

first, if you can start a club thats good. then, compete if there are more teams. If your good, try to get a small sponsor.

You got the wrong idea here buddy... we don't compete, we collaborate.  That's great if you wanna try to get more people involved and make parkour legit in your school (I support you there)... but parkour isn't about winning or losing, keep it pure.

I've been seriously considering starting a parkour club at my school. How should I start it though? Do I need to talk to the principal, or should I talk to the athletics director because I'm pretty tight with him. Or should I just wait one more year until I'm 18 so I can do the club without a teacher?

Dont make a parkour club, but just use the local break dancing club to include it. It saves you the time, and u find people who are wanting to get stronger, thats what we do at my school

ya im in high school and im starting a team independent of the school but i want to get enough people in town from diffrent schools too so maybe i should talk to my school about it...then there could be school teams and we could have mini jams :D
Examine your surroundings, examine your technique, examine yourself....then go!
