Oh my God, so many named techniques being thrown around in this thread! Honestly there's only like five useful vaults: Kong, Turn, Lazy, Speed, and Reverse. Pretty much all of the others mentioned are either variations or combinations of these.
If you try to memorize and seperately learn each of those individual variations, you're going to end up confusing yourself and getting trapped by names. Just go out, practice the basic techniques, and play around with them in your own time. Exploring the movement for yourself is the only way to truly learn, and in time you'll find yourself adapting to your environment and naturally doing some of those other things as well.
